Yes, there are people here and the site has over 2000 unique visitors per month - but you're right, there has been a bit of stagnation as contribution and content maintenance is done largely by one person - me!

I hope this will change as some of those 2000 people will start to actively participate.

As for your interest in starting out in solution architecture, why don't you post more details about yourself so that I (or anyone else) can provide you with some pointers; some information that would help includes:

• What is your current experience in IT
• What is driving your interest in solution architecture
• What is your long-term ambition
• What you think solution architecture is (it may be you're interested in something other than solution architecture)

I think this would be an interesting chat for others to observe and participate in since I know there are many other people who are keen to know how to go about becoming a solution architect.

I just found this  site and it appears to have good information on the home page, but there has been zero activity in the past year or so.   So, is there anyone out there that can help me get started with solution architecture?
